Sea Change is run by Chezzy Brownen, an experienced project manager and registrar for museums, art collections and the cultural sector.

Chezzy Brownen is an experienced project manager, registrar and consultant working for museums, art galleries, country houses, and more recently, archaeological sites too.
Currently project managing the collections decant and re-installation at The Inner Temple in London following a major building project, she is also consultant advisor for Jamie Briggs/Conservation Resources. Previously she was the project manager for the NLHF resilience project at the Norfolk Archaeological Trust, and a scoping project for the Treasure Houses of England in China exhibition. She has been working with Derby Museums Trust on an options appraisal with the ambition to create a centre of excellence for the study of Joseph Wright of Derby.
She was consultant registrar for Harewood House Trust, Yorkshire, on the recent Museum Accreditation project. Chezzy has organised exhibitions and held registrar positions at the Ashmolean Museum, University of Oxford, the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, University of Birmingham and the National Trust where she covered 330 properties across the UK. She was previously the museum development officer for Bath and North East Somerset representing 38 museums and heritage organisations across the council district. In addition, she undertook a project to provide recommendations to raise awareness for Bath as a World Heritage Site and to feed into a UNESCO World Heritage Site report on the city. She is a qualified Prince2 project manager and uses this internationally recognised methodology in all of her projects.
